The techniques for rolling stainless steel mainly include the following aspects:
Choosing the appropriate coiling machine: Choosing a coiling machine that is suitable for the characteristics of stainless steel coils is key. Stainless steel coils are usually thin and easily scratched, so choosing a coiler with anti slip design and protective outer layer can reduce damage.
Adjust the parameters of the winding machine: Adjust the parameters of the winding machine according to the thickness and width of the stainless steel coil, such as the outer diameter, speed, and tension of the drum. Ensure that the material does not loosen or become too tight during the winding process to maintain the uniformity and stability of the coil material.
Controlling the winding tension: Proper tension control can prevent the material from sliding or loosening during the winding process. The tension control system of the rewinder can be adjusted to ensure moderate tension and avoid damage to the coil due to excessive or insufficient tension.
Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect the various components of the rewinder to ensure its normal operation, and promptly clean impurities on the drum and guide rollers to prevent scratching the surface of the stainless steel coil. At the same time, keep the rewinder clean and lubricated to reduce friction and wear.
Correct operation: During the operation, be careful not to let the stainless steel coil be impacted or squeezed to avoid surface damage. Handle with care during operation, especially when replacing the coil material. Ensure that the coil material has completely stopped rotating before proceeding with the operation.
Storage and transportation: During storage and transportation, attention should be paid to preventing stainless steel coils from being affected by moisture or corrosive substances. Use moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant packaging materials, and avoid prolonged stacking and squeezing to protect their surface quality.
