1. Precision Cold Rolling And Drawing Equipment
Imported CNC rolling mills are used to ensure uniform wall thickness and maintain dimensional tolerances within ±0.02 mm, meeting the requirements of high-precision applications.
2. Bright Annealing (BA) Production Line
The fully automatic protective atmosphere annealing furnace effectively eliminates internal stress and improves material ductility while ensuring an oxidation-free, highly clean tube surface.
3. Dedicated U-Bending Machines
Advanced CNC tube bending technology supports complex angles and multi-radius bending with high forming accuracy. This process minimizes wrinkling and deformation, ensuring excellent heat exchange efficiency and reliable system sealing performance.
