1. Standard Industrial Bundling
Strapping: Multiple high-strength steel straps are applied to secure the bundle (typically spaced every 1.5 to 2 meters).
Protective Layer: Cardboard inserts or plastic edge protectors are placed beneath the straps to prevent the steel bands from damaging the edges of the profiles.
Outer Wrapping: The entire bundle is encased in a woven bag (typically green or white) or waterproof kraft paper to protect against rain and dust during transit.
Lifting Provisions: Nylon lifting slings are pre-positioned at the strapping points to facilitate handling by forklifts or cranes at docks and warehouses.
2. Wooden Case/Crate Packaging
Casing: The profiles are packed in fumigated wooden crates (compliant with ISPM 15 standards) or in fumigation-free plywood crates.
