ASME SA213 SS 304N seamless pipe (UNS S30451/WNR 1.4315) has 18-20% chromium + 8-10% nickel, forming a dense oxide film to resist nitric acid, organic acid and chloride corrosion. The salt spray test exceeds 1000 hours, and the corrosion resistance is better than 302 grade stainless steel. It is only slightly magnetic after cold working.
ASME SA213 SS 304N stainless steel seamless pipe significantly improves the yield strength (≥240MPa) and pitting resistance by adding 0.10-0.16% nitrogen. The yield strength is 20% higher than SUS 304, and it operates stably at -196℃ to 700℃, which is suitable for extreme environments such as liquid hydrogen transportation and high-temperature furnace tubes.
