The ASTM A213 TP310S seamless pipes we supply are produced through cold drawing and cold rolling processes, followed by heat treatment and other procedures, and are finally manufactured to specification. For specific applications, we can provide U-bend pipes and bright annealed finished pipes upon request.
ASTM A213 TP310S heat exchanger tubes can withstand temperatures up to 1150 °C under continuous service conditions and up to 1035 °C under intermittent service conditions. Compared with 310, 310S has a lower carbon content, resulting in lower high-temperature strength. It is used in fluidized bed burners, kilns, radiant tubes, petroleum refining and steam boiler tube supports, internal components of gasifiers, lead vessels, thermocouple sheaths, refractory anchor bolts, burners, and combustion chambers.

Each tube shall be subjected to the nondestructive electric test or hydrostatic test, Manufacturer Material Test Certification as per EN 10204 3.1 should be provided.

Packaging and Marking
Packaging shall be in bundles or laminated wooden crates, wrapped in plastic, and appropriate protective measures shall be taken to ensure seaworthiness for transport or as required.
Marking shall comply with the provisions of A1016/A1016M specifications and shall include whether the pipes are hot-worked or cold-worked, including but not limited to: standard, grade, size, furnace number, and batch number.
