ASTM TP316Ti seamless stainless steel pipe 2-3% molybdenum significantly improves the pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in acidic (such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid), alkaline and chloride environments. It is suitable for high-pressure pipelines in contact with corrosive media such as chemical reactors, seawater desalination equipment, and flue gas desulfurization equipment.
TP316Ti stainless steel round pipe is easy to process and form, whether it is cold processing or hot processing, the suitable hot processing temperature is 1150~1200℃, and the hot processing temperature range is 900~1200℃. Titanium delays the formation of σ phase (brittle phase) at high temperature and prolongs the service life of the pipeline.
