ASTM A312 UNS S34700 (corresponding to AISI 347) is a niobium (Nb) stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipe. By adding niobium to inhibit carbide precipitation, the high-temperature intergranular corrosion resistance is significantly improved, and it is suitable for scenes where corrosion resistance needs to be maintained after welding.

ASTM A312 TP347 stainless steel BA tube is heated to 1010-1120℃ in a protective gas (such as nitrogen) and quickly cooled to make the surface of the steel tube present a mirror-like bright effect (Ra≤0.4μm), while eliminating internal stress and improving material ductility. This treatment can not only enhance the appearance, but also reduce surface oxides, and is suitable for industries with high cleanliness requirements such as food and medicine.
