ASTM A312 TP304 stainless steel pipes are manufactured using hot-rolled/cold-drawn processes, with outer diameters ranging from 10mm to 813mm (3/8″ to 32″) and wall thicknesses from 1.2mm to 40mm, covering SCH 10S to XXS grades. They are suitable for high-pressure oil and gas transportation (working pressures up to 10MPa).
Our ASTM A312 TP304 round pipes have a Cr content of 18.0–20.0%, a Ni content of 8.0–11.0%, and a C content of ≤0.08%, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. They effectively resist the erosion of oilfield brine, hydrogen sulfide, and crude oil impurities, reducing the risk of pipeline leaks. With a tensile strength ≥515MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, and elongation ≥35%, they can withstand pipeline pressure and geological deformation, and are suitable for operating environments from -270℃ to 870℃.
All pipes are hydrostatically/ultrasonically tested and come with an EN 10204 3.1 Material Testing Certificate (MTC). Custom lengths and end beveling are supported to meet the high reliability requirements of onshore and offshore oil and gas transportation.
