The ASTM A269 TP304 stainless steel coil tubing supplied by GNEE is a high-precision cold-drawn seamless pipe with an outer diameter range of 1.6mm–25mm, wall thickness of 0.4mm–2.1mm, and tolerances controlled within ±0.1mm. The single coil length can reach up to 1000 meters without welding joints. Its material is 06Cr19Ni10 (TP304), featuring high-temperature steam resistance, impact corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It is widely used in electronics, oil exploration, and rail transit fields.
The surface treatment of TP304 stainless steel coil tubing includes bright (TR) and 6K mirror finishes, and the packaging adopts shockproof and dustproof designs, complying with the ASTM A269/ASME SA-312 standard.
