ASTM A269 TP321 bright annealed tube: through controlled atmosphere heat treatment, the austenite structure is retained, the surface is smooth (Ra≤0.4μm), the corrosion resistance is enhanced, the tube body is soft and ductile, and it is suitable for high-cleanliness and bending forming scenes (such as food and medicine pipelines).
ASTM A269 TP321 hardened tube: after high-temperature quenching and rapid cooling, the microstructure changes, the hardness and strength are significantly improved (yield strength ≥300MPa), and it is suitable for high-pressure and wear-resistant conditions (such as mechanical structural parts).
ASTM A269 TP321 welded tube corrosion resistance: TP321 contains titanium stabilization design, and has strong resistance to high-temperature oxidation and intergranular corrosion. However, when it is exposed to chloride/acidic environment for a long time or the surface oxide layer is damaged, pitting or crevice corrosion may occur, and regular maintenance and passivation treatment are required.
