ASTM A312 TP316 stainless steel round tube is equivalent to our country's 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel, suitable for use in harsh environments, 316 grade tube is a standard molybdenum-containing grade, second only to 304 in austenitic stainless steel, the content of chromium, nickel and molybdenum makes stainless steel 316 seamless tube stronger, corrosion-resistant and ductile.

ASTM A312 TP316 seamless industrial steel pipe has a 2-3% molybdenum content that significantly improves resistance to chloride ions (Cl⁻), making it suitable for seawater, pulp bleaching liquid, and salt spray environments. Through solution treatment (1010-1120℃ rapid cooling), carbide precipitation in the welding heat affected zone is avoided to ensure weld corrosion resistance.
The creep strength of ASTM A312 TP316 seamless pipe is better than 304, and it maintains high strength below 650℃, which is suitable for heat exchangers and heating furnace pipes. The anti-oxidation temperature reaches 870℃, and the short-term peak temperature is 980℃, which meets industrial heating needs.
