The high-quality TP321 stainless steel pipes supplied by GNEE adopt a titanium (Ti) stabilized design, specially built for high-temperature working conditions of 400°C to 800°C. They can effectively prevent intergranular corrosion at high temperatures, which is particularly important in high-end industries such as petrochemicals, electric power, boiler manufacturing, or aerospace.
Our TP321 stainless steel round pipes are produced through hot rolling and solution annealing (≥1040℃) with rapid cooling processes. Optional stabilization treatment (850℃-900℃) is available for extreme working conditions. We strictly control dimensional tolerance and eccentricity, complying with ASTM A999 standards to ensure that the pipes can be aligned when welded with flanges or elbows, avoiding structural strength impact caused by uneven wall thickness.
The surface of ASTM A312 TP321 hot-rolled stainless steel pipes is pickled, with a Brinell hardness of ≤192 (HBW) or Rockwell hardness B of ≤90 (HRB), maintaining excellent creep resistance even above 500℃. In addition, SS 321 pipes are often used in welded structures, so intergranular corrosion testing is essential. In accordance with ASTM A262 Practice E standards, GNEE provides the test report to ensure that the pipes will not undergo sensitization corrosion even in the welding heat-affected zone.
