When purchasers choose ASTM A312 TP321 hot rolled stainless steel pipes, their primary concern is the material's long-term stability and resistance to intergranular corrosion in high-temperature environments. The high-quality TP321 stainless steel pipes supplied by GNEE feature titanium (Ti) stabilization, specifically designed for service conditions ranging from 400°C to 800°C, effectively preventing intergranular corrosion caused by welding and prolonged high-temperature exposure.
Our TP321 stainless steel round pipes are manufactured through hot rolling, solution annealing (≥1040°C), and rapid cooling processes, followed by pickling surface treatment. With a Brinell hardness (HBW) ≤192 or Rockwell hardness B (HRB) ≤90, the pipes maintain outstanding creep resistance even in high-temperature environments above 500°C, significantly outperforming standard 304 stainless steel pipes.
We strictly control dimensional tolerances and eccentricity in full compliance with ASTM A999 standards, ensuring precise alignment during welding with flanges or elbows and preventing structural strength reduction caused by uneven wall thickness. Available specifications include outer diameters from 21.3–610 mm, wall thicknesses from 2.0–40 mm, and fixed lengths of 6–12 m. Customized non-standard lengths, beveling, and end finishing services are also supported. The pipe surfaces are smooth and free from cracks, folds, oxide pits, and other defects.
In addition, SS 321 pipes are widely used in welded structures, making intergranular corrosion testing particularly important. In accordance with ASTM A262 Practice E standards, GNEE provides corresponding inspection reports to ensure that the pipes remain resistant to sensitization corrosion even within the welding heat-affected zone.

What is the difference between TP321 and TP321H?
TP321 stainless steel tubing features a standard carbon content range (typically ≤0.08%). TP321H stainless steel is a high-carbon variant (with a carbon content ranging from 0.04% to 0.10%). The "H" stands for "High Carbon," indicating that it is specifically designed for higher-temperature environments to provide superior creep strength.
