ASTM A358 TP317L stainless steel electric fusion welded pipe is an ultra-low carbon stainless steel with better resistance to intergranular corrosion, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. It has passed the ASME B31.3 high-pressure pipeline certification and supports a maximum wall thickness of 50mm, meeting the stringent pressure requirements of high-pressure reactors, deep-sea risers, etc.

ASTM A358 TP317L electric fusion welded pipe contains high molybdenum (3.0-4.0%) and nitrogen (0.10-0.16%) alloying, pitting resistance index (PREN) ≥ 35, chloride ion concentration resistance up to 80,000ppm, far exceeding 316L, suitable for extreme corrosive environments such as hydrochloric acid, seawater, wet chlorine, etc., and the service life is extended by more than 30%.
ASTM A358 TP317L stainless steel welded pipe has a creep rupture strength of ≥70MPa at 700℃ (17% higher than 316L), suitable for high temperature and high pressure scenarios (such as petrochemical cracking furnaces, deep-sea risers). GNEE provides outer diameters of DN15-DN1200 and wall thicknesses of 3-50mm, and supports customization; pickling passivation (Ra≤3.2μm) or electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.8μm) meets high cleanliness requirements (such as pharmaceuticals and food).
