SS 321h Tube Supplier, Manufacturer,Exporter
We are a professional manufacturer and supplier of ASTM A213 TP321/321H seamless tubes, capable of producing seamless tubes of various sizes for heat exchange systems.
GNEE supplies ASTM A213 TP321H stainless steel tubes, a specific grade of seamless austenitic stainless steel pipes designed for high-temperature applications such as boilers and heat exchangers. The manufacturing process of TP321H seamless stainless steel bright tubes begins with piercing and extrusion.
ASTM A213 TP321H high-temperature seamless heat exchanger tubes are available with outer diameters ranging from 6.35 mm to 127 mm, with commonly stocked wall thicknesses including 14 BWG (2.11 mm), 16 BWG (1.65 mm), and 18 BWG (1.25 mm). A strict ±10% wall thickness tolerance is maintained to ensure consistency in heat transfer performance.
To achieve a bright surface finish, the tubes are annealed in a high-vacuum furnace or in protective atmospheres such as hydrogen or argon, which relieves internal stress and prevents oxidation. The working temperature range is 425°C to 850°C. Finally, ASTM A213 TP321H heat exchanger tubes undergo finishing and inspection processes, including straightening, cutting, non-destructive testing, and hydrostatic testing.

When connecting with flanges, it is generally recommended to match ASTM A182 F321H butt-weld stub ends with lap joint flanges, or to embed the tubes into tube sheet flanges through mechanical expansion combined with strength welding. GNEE controls the hardness of factory-supplied ASTM A213 TP321H small-diameter straight tubes strictly below 80 HRB, ensuring excellent plastic deformation capability and airtight sealing during flange assembly and tube sheet expansion, enabling reliable performance under high-pressure thermal cycling conditions.

What's the difference between ASTM A213 TP321H and TP321?
321 stainless steel pipe has a lower carbon content (≤0.08%) and no minimum carbon content requirement. It prioritizes intergranular corrosion resistance but doesn't guarantee high-temperature strength. Therefore, it cannot directly replace TP321H for high-temperature, pressure-containing components compliant with ASME standards.
What is the maximum service temperature for TP321H?
TP321H can maintain its oxidation resistance in environments up to 1500°F (816°C). However, in pressure structures (such as boiler tubes), it is typically used in the range of 1100°F - 1300°F (593°C - 705°C) to take advantage of its excellent creep rupture properties.

Power Plant Boilers: superheater tubes, reheater tubes, and high-temperature, high-pressure steam pipelines
Petrochemical Industry: ethylene cracking furnace tubes, hydrogen conversion furnace tubes, and various high-temperature heat exchangers
Pressure Vessels: Manufacturing container components that withstand high temperatures.
