ASTM A213 TP347 Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe Advantages
ASTM A213 TP347 stainless steel pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, resistance to nitric acid, organic acid and oxidizing environment, pitting resistance index PREN≈19, better than 304 stainless steel, carbon content ≤0.08% (lower than TP347H), with solution treatment, it maintains excellent creep resistance in the range of 600-800℃ (100,000 hours rupture strength ≥50 MPa), and long-term service life of more than 100,000 hours.
ASTM A213 TP347 stainless steel seamless pipe adds niobium to inhibit the precipitation of grain boundary carbides and avoid intergranular corrosion under welding or high temperature. It is suitable for heavy structures that cannot be annealed after welding (such as power station boiler headers).
