ASTM A213 TP347H thick-walled seamless tube Advantages
ASTM A213 TP347H (UNS S34709/1.4961) thick-walled seamless tube is a high-carbon austenitic stainless steel, stabilized by the addition of niobium (Nb), with both high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Its carbon content (0.04-0.10%) is higher than TP347, and it is suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments above 600°C (such as power station boilers and petrochemical reactors).
ASTM A213 TP347H stainless steel boiler tube is a precipitation hardened steel. It performs well in high stress and strong corrosion scenarios (such as sulfur-containing flue gas environments), and can avoid intergranular corrosion without post-weld annealing, making it suitable for heavy welded structures. Cold working can significantly improve its strength and toughness, but heat treatment has no significant effect on performance.
