ASTM A269 TP348 steel pipe is an austenitic stainless steel seamless and welded steel pipe, mainly used in general service areas, such as conveying gas, water, oil and other fluids. The standard of this steel pipe is ASTM A269/A269M-2014, and the corresponding material is UNS S34800.

TP348 high temperature corrosion resistant alloy steel pipe can inhibit intergranular corrosion and pass the ASTM A262 test without post-weld heat treatment. It can be used directly after welding, shortening the construction period by 30%+ and avoiding the risk of rework. It has passed the RCC-M nuclear grade certification, and the welded joints have been in service for more than 10 years without corrosion in a high temperature and radiation environment of 650-850℃.
The high temperature tensile strength of cold-rolled precision TP348 stainless steel pipe is ≥300MPa at 650℃, and the creep life is more than 2 times longer than that of 304 stainless steel. The oxidation resistance reaches 870℃, which is suitable for extreme working conditions such as superheaters in coal-fired power plants and nuclear steam generators, reducing the frequency of equipment replacement and the full-cycle maintenance cost.
