The 310S stainless steel pipes we supply are manufactured from an austenitic alloy featuring high chromium (approx. 25%), high nickel (approx. 20%), and low carbon (C ≤ 0.08%) content. This material exhibits excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation in continuous high-temperature environments ranging from 600°C to 1100°C; it maintains a high-temperature creep strength of ≥30 MPa at 1000°C, thereby significantly extending maintenance intervals. With a creep rupture strength 20% higher than that of hot-rolled 310 pipes, it is ideally suited for high-temperature load-bearing components such as continuous annealing furnace rolls and radiant tubes.
