ASTM A249 TP316L ultra-low carbon stainless steel pipe is subjected to 1040-1100℃ solution heat treatment after welding to eliminate welding stress, restore the uniformity of austenite structure, high temperature elongation ≥40%, and fatigue resistance is improved by 20%.
The corrosion rate of sulfuric acid (≤50%, 60℃) and hydrochloric acid (≤15%, room temperature) is ≤0.05mm/year, which is more than 20 times that of ordinary carbon steel; it is suitable for flange connection, gasket contact and other fouling-prone scenes (such as plate heat exchangers).
