ASTM A312 TP317L welded stainless steel pipe is an extra‑low carbon stainless steel. Our manufactured ASTM A312 TP317L ERW stainless steel pipes are formed by instantly melting the edges of steel strips with high‑frequency current followed by compression. They retain favorable oxidation resistance (including resistance to carburization and sulfidation) at 600–800 ℃. The solution treatment temperature range of TP317L is 1010–1150 ℃ with subsequent rapid cooling, which effectively prevents material softening and oxidative scaling, endowing the material with outstanding intergranular corrosion resistance and satisfactory heat resistance. When welded with AWS E317L/ER317L electrodes or filler wires, the weld seams deliver reliable corrosion resistance.
