The core advantage is the high chromium nickel alloy composition containing molybdenum (2-3%), which maintains oxidation resistance and chloride ion corrosion resistance at high temperature, and is suitable for automobile exhaust, industrial waste gas and boiler flue gas emission systems.

TP316 stainless steel exhaust pipe can be produced into thin-walled pipes (such as outer diameter 6-610mm, wall thickness 0.5-12.7mm) through welding process, which can reduce weight while meeting strength requirements (such as automobile exhaust pipe weight reduction of 10%-20%), and is easy to install.
TP316 stainless steel thin-wall welded pipe contains 2-3% molybdenum (Mo) and low carbon (C≤0.08%), which has strong resistance to common corrosive components in exhaust pipes. The dense Cr₂O₃ oxide film formed can prevent oxygen penetration, reduce carbon deposition and scaling, maintain the smooth inner wall of the pipe, reduce exhaust resistance, and improve system efficiency.
