What is 321 high temperature resistant stainless steel plate?
321 stainless steel plate (UNS S32100, 06Cr18Ni11Ti in GB/T 24511) is an austenitic stainless steel plate that has been treated with titanium stabilization. It is resistant to intergranular corrosion at high temperatures through a solution annealing process. It has a maximum temperature resistance of 850°C and is widely used in high temperature furnaces, heat treatment equipment, boiler pipes and other scenarios. It is the preferred material to replace 304 in medium high temperature environments.

What are the main differences between 321 and 304 stainless steel plates?
321 contains titanium (Ti≥0.4%), 304 does not contain titanium, and 321 has significantly improved resistance to intergranular corrosion at high temperatures
Temperature resistance: 321 has a temperature resistance of 850℃ (304≤750℃), which is suitable for high-temperature scenes that require welding.
What is the maximum operating temperature of 321 stainless steel cold-rolled plate?
The long-term operating temperature is ≤850℃, and the short-term peak temperature can reach 900℃. If the temperature exceeds this, it is recommended to use 310S stainless steel (resistant to 1100℃).
