Product Description
Stainless steel mirror panels are made by precision mechanical polishing or electrolytic polishing to make the stainless steel surface as bright as a mirror. Common materials are 304, 304L, 316, 316L (austenitic stainless steel), and some high-end scenes use 201, 430 (ferritic stainless steel) or special alloys (such as 904L).
Stainless steel mirror panels are divided into 6K (ordinary mirror), 8K (high mirror), and 10K (super mirror) according to the glossiness, and the reflectivity can reach 90%~95% (close to glass mirror).

Q: How to distinguish high-quality and low-quality mirror panels?
A: The mirror has no obvious scratches or pits, and the reflected image is clear; the surface is smooth and has no graininess; it is adsorbed with a magnet (austenitic stainless steel such as 304/316L is non-magnetic, and 201 may be weakly magnetic).
Q: How long is the life of the mirror panel?
A: Normal environment: 304 material can reach 10-15 years, 316L more than 20 years;
Harsh environment: 316L needs regular maintenance in coastal or chemical areas, and the life is about 10-15 years.
