Product Introduction
SUS304 stainless steel bright annealed sheet (BA sheet) is processed by a precisely controlled bright annealing process in a protective atmosphere (such as nitrogen or hydrogen), and has the characteristics of being smooth, scale-free, and highly clean. This sheet is based on austenitic SUS304 stainless steel and is widely used in industries with high surface requirements.

1. Surface Finish Quality
The surface of Standard 304 plate is rough after annealing (Ra≥1.6μm) and is easy to accumulate dirt. The surface roughness of SUS304 SS bA plate is ≤0.4μm after pure argon protection annealing, showing a mirror texture, reducing 90% of dust/oil adhesion, and reducing cleaning costs by 50%, meeting FDA food-grade hygiene standards.
2. Outdoor Corrosion Resistance
304 plate is prone to pitting in coastal/weak acid environments, and its life span is only 3-5 years; the passivation film of SUS304 bright annealed plate is 30% thicker, and the salt spray test corrosion resistance is ≥500 hours (ordinary plate ≈200 hours), and the corrosion resistance is increased by 1.5 times, which is suitable for long-term outdoor complex environments.
3. Formability & Workability
Cold-rolled 304 stainless steel sheet has high hardness (HV≥200), is prone to cracking when bent, and is prone to surface scratches; while the hardness of SUS304 BA sheet is reduced to HV≤180, with an elongation of 45%, supporting an extremely small bending radius of 1.5T, a forming qualification rate of 99.8%, and a processing damage rate reduced by 80%, meeting the needs of high-precision forming.
