Product Description
316 stainless steel angle is a molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel. By adding 2-3% molybdenum, it significantly improves its resistance to chloride ion corrosion. It can work continuously at a high temperature of 427℃. Its oxidation resistance is better than 304 stainless steel, and it is suitable for boiler and heat exchanger components.
The molybdenum component of 316 stainless steel angle bar effectively resists the corrosion of seawater, salt spray and acidic media. The pitting resistance index PREN≥29 and the Cl⁻ concentration resistance reaches 30,000ppm. Low-carbon 316L stainless steel angle steel (C≤0.03%) has no risk of intergranular corrosion after welding and is suitable for structures exposed to corrosive environments for a long time.
