It also exhibits excellent work hardening properties (weak magnetism after processing) and is non-magnetic in its solid solution state.
304 stainless steel cold-rolled bar can be fabricated into various shapes, including round bar, hexagonal bar, square bar, and flat bar. The round bar is easy to machine, making it ideal for manufacturing precision parts. Hexagonal and square bars are convenient for positioning and fixing, commonly used in the production of structural parts. Flat bars are best suited for applications that require a large contact area.
