It has corrosion resistance (resistant to weak acids and alkalis, water, and air), high strength (tensile strength ≥515MPa) and easy processing. A: It is not recommended to contact with seawater directly. It is recommended to choose 316L stainless steel for long-term use.
Q: How to distinguish 304 and 316 channel steel?
A: The Mo content can be detected by spectrometer, or a material report can be requested (304 has no Mo, 316 contains 2-3% Mo).
Q: Can 304 channel steel be welded?
A: Yes, but ER308 welding wire must be used. Annealing treatment is recommended after welding to eliminate the Mo content.
