What is the difference between 316L stainless hot-rolled channel steel and cold-bent channel steel?
Hot rolling: high strength, low cost, suitable for large structures (such as building frames), with high surface roughness.
Cold bending: high precision, smooth surface (such as mirror treatment), suitable for precision equipment or decoration projects, with slightly higher processing costs.
In addition, 316L C channel corrosion resistant has a low carbon content (≤0.03%), and no carbide precipitation will occur after welding. No subsequent heat treatment is required to ensure that the weld area will not corrode for a long time, which is particularly suitable for on-site welding projects and equipment frame installation.
