We provide two variants: 2205 seamless tubes and 2205 welded tubes. Duplex 2205 seamless tubes are manufactured via hot rolling and cold rolling processes, with an outer diameter range of 4–219 mm and a wall thickness range of 0.5–20 mm. They are ideal for deep-sea oil and gas gathering pipelines, tube bundles of chemical hydrogenation reactors, and high-pressure pipelines in seawater desalination systems. 2205 welded round tubes are produced using ERW and TIG welding techniques, featuring an outer diameter range of 5.0–1219.2 mm and a wall thickness range of 0.5–20 mm, and are suitable for large-diameter structural tubes (≤ DN3000) on offshore platforms as well as medium-and-low pressure medium transmission pipelines in chemical engineering.
Electropolished Stainless Grade 2205 Pipe
All products undergo solution annealing treatment at a temperature of 1020–1100°C, and are available with a variety of surface finishes, including pickling, 2B, BA, No.4, 6K/8K mirror finish, hairline finish, and custom surface treatments.
