ASTM A376 specification covers seamless austenitic steel pipe for high-temperature central station service. Covered grades include five H-grades and two nitrogen-graded grades. The pipe can be heat-treated or cold-finished with appropriate finishing.
We offer ASTM A376 TP 347/347H seamless stainless steel pipe in various sizes, ranging from 1/2-inch to 30-inch outside diameter. Wall thicknesses include SCH5S, 10S, 40S, and 80S, with average wall thickness available upon request. We offer ASTM A376 347/347H seamless stainless steel pipe manufactured using a cold finishing process, followed by heat treatment, pickling, and passivation. Pipe ends may be beveled or smooth-faced.

Applications

ASTM A376 pipe is delivered in the heat-treated condition unless the purchase order specifically specifies no final heat treatment. Tensile tests, water pressure tests, non-destructive electrical testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, tensile tests and flattening tests shall all comply with the specified requirements.


Packaging and Marking:
Packaged in bales or laminated wooden crates, wrapped in plastic, and appropriately protected to ensure airworthiness for transport, or as required.
Marking must comply with specifications A376/A376M and include information on whether the pipe is hot-finished or cold-finished, including but not limited to: standard, grade, size, heat number, and batch number.
