What is SS 904L pipe?
SS 904L pipes are made of high-alloy austenitic stainless steel. Their high content of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and copper makes them highly resistant to attack by strong acids such as sulfuric, phosphoric, and acetic acids, making them a popular choice for chemical processing, pharmaceutical equipment, desalination plants, and other demanding industrial applications where standard stainless steels like 316L are not suitable.
