Our ASTM A312 TP304L stainless steel industrial piping features a low carbon content (≤0.03%, in compliance with UNS S30403), effectively preventing intergranular corrosion following welding. Both variants fully comply with ASTM A312 and ANSI B36.19M standards. All pipes undergo solution annealing at temperatures ranging from 1040°C to 1100°C; this process completely eliminates internal stresses and ensures a uniform material microstructure, thereby guaranteeing stable performance across a broad temperature range of -200°C to 870°C.


Regarding dimensional tolerances and precision, we implement rigorous quality control measures: outer diameter tolerances are maintained within ±0.02–0.4mm, wall thickness tolerances within ±10%, straightness is kept to ≤0.5mm/m, and length tolerances do not exceed +10mm-fully satisfying the exacting requirements of high-precision industrial assembly.

ASTM A312 TP304/ TP304L seamless pipes are generally furnished in sizes 1/2″ through 24″, while ASTM A312 TP304/ TP304L welded pipes are available from 1-1/2″ through 48″. The wall thicknesses shall be furnished in accordance with ASME B36.10M or ASME B36.19M.
