Recently, GNEE Stainless successfully completed the cutting and beveling of 78mm thick 30408 stainless steel plates for a renowned petrochemical enterprise, overcoming processing bottlenecks with advanced technology.​​

​​Traditionally, cutting stainless steel thicker than 50-60mm has been a major challenge for manufacturers, often requiring multiple processes that lead to production delays, increased costs, and unstable quality. GNEE's new cutting technology can precisely, efficiently, and cleanly cut stainless steel up to 78mm thick, covering grades such as 304, 316L, 1.4571 (316Ti), and other high-performance alloys.​​

 

​​This order was processed using a 20000W fiber laser cutting machine, pushing the limits of the equipment's capabilities. Previously, the customer handled cutting in-house, but the resulting products had rough cross-sections and significant dimensional errors, requiring a 50mm allowance to ensure beveling accuracy-severely slowing down the bevel processing efficiency.​​
