GNEE supplies high-pressure sealing octagonal ring gaskets (specifications DN50 - DN300, pressure ratings Class 600 - 2500), oval ring gaskets (specifications DN50 - DN300, pressure ratings Class 600 - 2500), branch outlets (specifications DN15 - DN100, pressure ratings Class 150 - 900), socket weld elbows (specifications DN15 - DN50, wall thicknesses SCH40 - SCH80), and tees (specifications DN15 - DN50, wall thicknesses SCH40 - SCH80) for oil wellheads. The materials all adopt ASTM A105 (carbon steel), A182 F304 (304 stainless steel), and A182 F316 (316 stainless steel).
After integral forging and heat treatment, the sealing surface hardness of the octagonal ring gaskets and oval ring gaskets is HRC 30 - 35 (ensuring high-pressure sealing), the tensile strength of the branch outlets/elbows/tees is ≥415MPa (carbon steel) / ≥515MPa (stainless steel), and the yield strength is ≥240MPa (carbon steel) / ≥205MPa (stainless steel). 100% magnetic particle testing (MT) and ultrasonic testing (UT) are covered. They are suitable for high-pressure fluid (pressure ≤10,000psi) sealing connection scenarios in oil wells, ensuring zero leakage under extreme working conditions.
