Product Description
904L (UNS N08904/Werkstoff Nr. 1.4539) is a super austenitic stainless steel hot rolled coil, which is designed with high nickel (23-28%), molybdenum (4-5%) and copper (1.0-2.0%) alloys, and performs well in strong acid, chloride and high temperature environments.
904L stainless steel coil is much more resistant to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and organic acid corrosion than 316L, and is suitable for acidic media with pH<2. The surface finish is 2B/BA/NO.1, the maximum operating temperature is 600°C, and the oxidation resistance is better than ordinary austenitic stainless steel. It meets the ASME BPVC Section VIII pressure vessel standard and is ISO 9001/14001 certified.
