Our 410 cold rolled coils adopt a Bright Annealed (BA) surface finish, which forms a smooth, oxide-free, mirror-like surface. The surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, requiring no additional polishing, and can be directly used for decorative parts or to reduce subsequent polishing costs.
410 stainless steel coils can achieve a hardness of HRC 40–45 through subsequent heat treatment (quenching + tempering), meeting high wear resistance requirements; in mild atmospheric environments, water vapor, and weak acid media, its corrosion resistance is significantly superior to carbon steel, while the cost is much lower than 304 austenitic stainless steel.
We provide flexible specifications: thickness 0.3–3.0 mm, width 600–1500 mm, and coil weight up to 2.5 tons. Thickness tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.02 mm, and width tolerance within ±0.1 mm.
Each coil undergoes bright annealing under a protective atmosphere, eddy current testing, and surface inspection to ensure it is defect-free, and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are provided. What are the differences between 410, 410S, and 410HT?
