What is 304L stainless steel hot rolled coil?
304L stainless steel coil is an austenitic stainless steel coil, which is divided into austenitic stainless steel cold rolled coil and stainless steel hot rolled coil. The characteristics of 304 stainless steel (coil) plate are beautiful surface, diversified use possibilities, good corrosion resistance, longer durability than ordinary steel, good corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and high strength, so it can resist fire, good plasticity and good welding performance.

The heat affected zone of welding does not require solid solution treatment and can be directly used for complex welding structures such as chemical storage tanks and pressure vessels, increasing processing efficiency by 30%.
🔹304L stainless steel coil has a hot-rolled pickled surface (2B/NO.1) with a roughness of Ra≤1.6μm. It can be directly sprayed or passivated to reduce subsequent processing costs. The yield strength is ≥170MPa, the elongation is ≥45%, and there is no crack in cold bending 180°. It supports deep processing such as bending and punching, meeting the forming needs of building curtain walls and mechanical structural parts.
