316 stainless steel foil contains 2-3% molybdenum (Mo), which significantly improves its resistance to chloride, seawater and acidic media corrosion, and its performance far exceeds that of 304 stainless steel foil.
316 stainless steel medical foil has passed ISO 13485 medical device certification and ASTM A480 marine material standards, and is suitable for human implants and deep-sea equipment. Thickness 0.03mm–1.0mm (±0.005mm tolerance), tensile strength ≥520MPa, supports laser cutting and micro-hole punching.
