The manufacturing process of TP321 stainless steel heat exchanger tubes strictly follows the standards of ASME SA-213 and ASTM A213, and adopts a variety of processes such as hot rolling, cold rolling, welding and seamless.
ASTM A213 TP321 stainless steel seamless tubes maintain high creep strength and endurance strength in the range of 650-870°C, suitable for long-term high temperature conditions of heat exchangers, and form a dense oxide film (Cr₂O₃) through solution treatment, which can withstand oxidizing environments below 900°C, especially suitable for heat exchanger structures (such as complex coils) that cannot be solution treated after welding.
