It is made of TP316 material containing molybdenum (2-3%) and is designed for high temperature, high humidity and corrosive boiling water environment. It is widely used in chemical, electric power, food and medicine, seawater desalination and other industries to provide reliable protection for boiling water transmission and heat exchange systems.

What is the difference between TP316 stainless steel and TP304 stainless steel boiling water pipe applications?
TP316 contains 2-3% molybdenum, and has significantly stronger resistance to chloride ion pitting corrosion. It is especially suitable for boiling water environments containing Cl⁻ (such as seawater and chemical wastewater), and its corrosion resistance life is 3-4 times that of TP304. TP316's yield strength (≥205 MPa) and oxidation resistance are also better than TP304.
