ASTM A270 TP304 stainless steel sanitary pipe is a seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel pipe designed for sanitary facilities, mainly used in dairy, food, medical and pharmaceutical fields.
ASTM A270 TP304 stainless steel pipe requires more stringent surface treatment (Ra≤0.8μm vs ordinary pipe Ra≤1.6μm), 100% weld inspection and cleanliness test to ensure no media contamination and microbial growth. The strength is stable under 121℃ steam, and through solution annealing treatment, there is no risk of intergranular corrosion in the welding area, which meets the long-term use of SIP system.
