UNS S32760 duplex stainless steel pipe complies with ASTM A790 (seamless and welded ferritic / austenitic stainless steel pipe) and ASME SA790 standards for seamless and welded pipes suitable for general corrosive environments.

ASTM A790 UNS S32760 pipes are mainly used in oil and gas and marine applications, commonly used in pressure vessels, throttle valves, Christmas trees, flanges and piping systems.
Alloy UNS S32760 seamless pipes supplied by GNEE have a smooth surface without defects such as cracks, folding, rolling and scarring. Conventional welding processes such as TIG and MIG can be used. ER2594 welding wire is recommended, and the interlayer temperature is controlled to ≤100℃ to avoid intermetallic phase precipitation. Suitable for cold bending (bending radius ≥4D) and hot forming, the work hardening rate is lower than that of austenitic stainless steel.
