ASTM A270 TP321 is a titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel precision steel pipe that meets the ASTM A270 sanitary pipe standard. It has an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.03mm and an inner wall roughness of Ra≤0.8μm. It is designed for high-temperature sterilization, semiconductor high-temperature processes, food baking and other scenes with extremely high requirements for temperature resistance, cleanliness and welding reliability. It solves the problems of intergranular corrosion and dimensional deviation of traditional stainless steel pipes at high temperatures.

What are the main differences between TP321 and TP304 stainless steel sanitary pipes?
TP321 contains titanium (Ti≥0.4%), is resistant to high-temperature intergranular corrosion, and is suitable for 400-850℃; TP304 does not contain titanium, is prone to long-term high-temperature intergranular corrosion, and has a temperature resistance of ≤650℃.
TP321 does not require annealing after welding, while TP304 requires solution treatment, which increases construction efficiency by 30%.
What is the maximum operating temperature of TP321 stainless steel seamless pipe?
The long-term operating temperature is ≤850℃ (oxidation weight gain is controllable), and the short-term peak temperature can reach 900℃, which is better than 304 (≤650℃) and 316L (≤750℃).
