Stainless Steel 316L Electropolished Polished Pipes Introduction
316L stainless steel electropolished tube (UNS S31603) is an ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel tube. The surface finish is improved to Ra≤0.2μm through the electro-polishing (EP) process. It is especially suitable for high-demand industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors.

316L ultra-low carbon high-molybdenum stainless steel tube has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand harsh environments such as acid/alkali/seawater; the electropolishing process achieves a mirror surface of Ra≤0.2μm, which meets the requirements of the food/pharmaceutical industry.
316L high-cleanliness tube; high temperature resistance up to 1575℃, still maintains high strength at high temperatures; easy to cold/hot process forming, excellent welding performance, the corrosion resistance of the weld is consistent with that of the parent material; has both high tensile strength (≥485MPa) and fatigue resistance, suitable for high-pressure fluid transportation scenarios.
