ASTM A312 253MA stainless steel round pipes undergo a solution annealing process to ensure a stable microstructure, effectively resisting embrittlement during thermal cycling. At 900°C, the creep rupture strength reaches 35 MPa; at 1000°C, it reaches 18 MPa. Continuous use temperature can reach up to 1100°C, while intermittent use temperature can reach up to 1150°C. This makes it suitable for applications such as boiler superheaters, heat exchangers, reformer tubes, furnace rollers, burner components, and high-temperature pipelines in petrochemical industries.
We supply 1.4835 cold drawn seamless pipes with outer diameters ranging from 6–114 mm (±0.05 mm), wall thicknesses from 1.0–8.0 mm (±0.08 mm), and lengths of 6m/9m/12m. The pipes feature a bright annealed surface (Ra ≤0.8 μm) or pickled finish to minimize oxide scale, enhance flow efficiency, and improve oxidation resistance.
All pipes undergo hydrostatic testing (up to 30 MPa), eddy current inspection, and ultrasonic testing to ensure zero defects. Each batch is provided with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, and third-party high-temperature endurance and creep test reports can be supplied upon request.

253MA stainless steel pipe vs 310S
