Our UNS S32205 stainless steel heat exchanger tubes comply with ASME SA789, ASTM A789, and ASTM A790 standards. They are manufactured using a precision cold-rolling process, followed by solution annealing at 1050°C and either bright annealed (BA) or acid pickled (AP) surface treatment to ensure a PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) ≥ 35.We supply various tube forms including UNS S32205 straight tubes, ASTM A789 TP2205 U-bend tubes, and finned tubes. The recommended operating temperature range is −50°C to 300°C. Temperatures above 300°C may lead to embrittlement (475°C embrittlement).

 

Compared with 304 and 316L stainless steel tubes, UNS S32205 stainless steel tubes for heat exchangers significantly reduce leakage and corrosion failures under harsh operating conditions, extending service life by 3–5 times and lowering total life-cycle costs.
