ASTM A312 TP321 stainless steel corrosion-resistant pipes are particularly resistant to intergranular corrosion. After welding or when exposed to a high temperature environment of 450-850°C for a long time, titanium elements preferentially combine with carbon to form stable titanium carbide (TiC), effectively preventing the precipitation of chromium carbides and avoiding the risk of material embrittlement. The maximum temperature resistance is 816°C, far exceeding conventional austenitic stainless steel.
ASTM A312 TP321 heat-resistant stainless steel pipes have a tensile strength of ≥520MPa and a yield strength of ≥205MPa. They can withstand extreme pressure and impact loads and are suitable for high-end fields such as aerospace fuel pipelines and salt spray-resistant structural parts of offshore platforms. Its 40% high elongation and 50% cross-sectional shrinkage ensure complex processing and forming requirements (such as bending and flaring), and with standard TIG/MIG welding processes, the installation cycle is greatly shortened.
