TP317L (UNS S31703) stainless steel tube is an ultra-low carbon, high-molybdenum austenitic stainless steel capillary tube designed for precision applications in harsh environments. It adds 3-4% molybdenum and 2-3% chromium to significantly improve the corrosion resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride ion environment, and is especially suitable for high-cleanliness fields such as medical and semiconductor.

TP317L stainless steel precision tube adopts ultra-low carbon (C≤0.03%) design, which ensures that the weld has the same corrosion resistance as the base material by inhibiting the precipitation of carbides during welding; its 3-4% molybdenum content significantly enhances the ability to resist halide corrosion, and its performance is better than 316L.
TP317L stainless steel cold-drawn tube has austenitic structure that gives it non-magnetic properties and high-temperature stability (continuous use ≤870℃); the precision dimensions manufactured by the cold-drawing process (inner diameter 0.5-6mm, wall thickness 0.1-1mm, tolerance ±0.05mm) meet the stringent requirements for micro-pipes in high-precision fields such as medical and semiconductors.
