TP430 stainless steel heat exchanger tube is a high-performance tube made of ferritic stainless steel (16-18% chromium), designed for medium corrosion and high temperature heat conduction scenarios. It also has good oxidation resistance and processing adaptability, and is widely used in HVAC, industrial waste gas treatment, drying equipment and other fields. It is an economical choice to replace high nickel austenitic stainless steel.

TP430 is a martensitic stainless steel with a high chromium (Cr) content, usually between 16%–18%, which gives it good corrosion resistance, especially in dry air or neutral media.
Corrosion resistance: 430 Stainless steel bright tube is not as corrosion resistant as austenitic stainless steel (such as 316L), but it provides adequate protection in many common environments. It can resist oxidative corrosion in air and certain acidic environments (such as dilute sulfuric acid, chloride environments, etc.).
Thermal stability: WNR 1.4016 heat exchanger tubes can be used for a long time at higher temperatures, usually up to 870°C (1600°F). This makes it particularly suitable for heat exchanger tube applications in high temperature working environments.
