ASTM A269 TP304L (UNS S30403) is an ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe with a carbon content of ≤0.03%. It has excellent corrosion resistance, formability and low-temperature toughness and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and fluid transportation industries.

ASTM A269 TP304L stainless steel cold-drawn tube adopts ultra-low carbon (C≤0.03%) austenite structure, and high nickel-chromium (18-20Cr-8-10.5Ni) design gives it excellent general corrosion resistance, suitable for high and low temperature scenes from -196℃ to 870℃, with both high strength and stress corrosion resistance.
ASTM A269 TP304L seamless tube is formed by hot extrusion + cold drawing process, with high strength and strong pressure bearing capacity (better than welded tube), and cold drawing treatment improves dimensional accuracy (tolerance ±0.05mm) and surface quality; welded tube has lower cost and various specifications, and is suitable for non-high pressure scenes after strict testing.
